Tredyffrin Easttown Historical Society

Founded in 1936, the Society is the oldest community organization on the Upper Main Line conducting local historical research, and collecting local resources and photographs, pertaining to the townships of Tredyffrin and Easttown in eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania.

The Society's next public presentation
will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday February 19, 2012

Washington's Headquarters 1908 postcard	*The Generals' Quarters Revisited - A Photographic Tour* Mike Bertram will lead a tour of the General's residences of the 1777-78 Valley Forge encampment using historic photos from the Society's archives.
This meeting will be open to the public, and held at the Easttown Library & Information Center in Berwyn, PA.

	The September 2011 issue of the History Quarterly is now available. The Society's new History Quarterly Digital Archives now available for viewing.
	Mike Bertram's new 18th Century Tredyffrin section of the site is now available, with interactive maps and a growing collection of other useful information.
